Will this event be live-streamed (Zoom/Teams/Etc) for people who will not be available to attend breakfast in Charleston?
Hi John,
I have struggled with what to do for the non-Charleston crowd. I wanted to do a live/Zoom session, but we have been doing this for our local Rotary group and it has not worked well. So, the plan is to tape the presentation and then to send it out to interested people — like yourself — if the quality is acceptable. I will keep a list of people who are interested and get back to you immediately after the conference. I do not want to promise something that I cannot deliver. Would that work?
Steve
Hi Steve,
I hope you are doing well. I enjoy reading your insights since the Lehman Bros. days. If possible I would like to get access if a tape of the conference becomes available.
Stephen,
I will not be able to attend your presentation, but I am very interested in watching a recording of it. Your insights are always on track. I am willing to pay a fee for apportunity.
Darrel Staat
Hi Darrel,
What I wanted to do was an in person/Zoom combo but the logistics of that made me nervous. We have been doing that at our Rotary Club meetings and the results have been less than desired. What I am going to do is tape the session, convert that into a YouTube video, and then distribute it to those who are interested (on the assumption the tape is of relatively high quality). I am keeping a list of those people and I will add our name to that list.
Talk soon.
Steve
Hi Steve,
I am interested in receiving a copy of the presentation. Please send me a ling when it is available.
Thank you,
Howard
Hi Howard,
I gather you all are not going to be in town in December? If you are then, obviously, come to the conference. If not, I will put you on the list for the tape (assuming it comes out OK).
Best.
Steve
Hi Steve
I am interested in the recording as well. Please add my name to the list.
Thanks
Nathan
Another great presentation and much insightful intel. I particularly appreciated your commentary at the end during Q &A when you brought up the Simpson Bowles commission. Why oh why can’t we revisit that report in a bi-partisan attempt?
It is hard to imagine that we had a functioning Congress just 12 years ago. I guess those were the so-called “good ole days”.
